#1 MOVE IT

#2 LAUGH A LITTLE
Chuckle, giggle, snicker. Whatever you call it, laughing increases endorphins and helps your muscles relax. So head to a comedy show, turn on a funny flick, or watch Uncle Harry do his best movie impression one more time.
#3 SAY “NO”
When holiday invitations come your way, it’s easy to feel like you have to accept all of them. It’s okay to say no to make room for more “me time.” Instead, suggest getting together after the holidays when you can truly spend quality time together.
#4 SET A BUDGET
Between gift giving, parties, dining out and special outfits to wear to them all, the holiday season can get expensive. To ease the anxiety that comes with every credit card swipe, create a budget and stick to it.
#5 MAKE A LIST
Instead of worrying about all the things you have to do, write them down. Create a list of upcoming events, gifts you need to buy and update it as you go. This will ease your stress and make sticking to your budget a whole lot easier.
